Welcome.
I have been practicing since 2022 and specialize in the treatment of anxiety disorders - to speak in Westernized pathologizing terms. In holistic, person-centered terms, I am a steward of healing to those closely followed by the sharp-edged voice of fear, whose inner experience over-emphasizes attention to safety in ways that disconnect and strain the Self.
Wherever you are on your path, take heart: all things move in cycles and seasons. So the feeling of “stuckness,” or repetition without renewal, invites a new kind of attention and care. That’s where I can help. Please explore the Services tab at that top for more detail about what I offer.
Throughout my education, specialized training, and informal curiosities, I have explored the intersection of philosophy, psychology, and mysticism. Over the course of my private practice work, I have dedicated myself to weaving together evidenced-based interventions with the ancient tools of archetype, mythos, and somatic processing for a more holistic learning and growth process. I also use an immersive approach, meaning our sessions aren’t restricted to weekly 1-hour blocks but instead allow for the space you need.
Here, you have found a place to explore, learn, and practice new paths toward wellness.
Preparing for Your Climb
The Mountain represents the element of Earth: grounding, stability, and fertile environments in which to grow. It’s also that challenge within that you can feel and are ready to approach.
Tall for how we no longer flop, fawn, fight, or flee, but strongly stand and step toward ourselves: anchored, visible, elemental, and known.
It’s your pledge to climb or build toward something actively that we cultivate together.
Counseling at Tall Mountain is about tangible steps toward change. Here, the climb itself is centered, where growth and learning happen freely.
